Who we are
Integrity Management is a small family owned company that prides itself in its ability to adapt to our clients needs. We can do as little or as much as is needed.
Our history
Integrity Management was started in July of 1999. Jim Grubbs worked for Sprint PCS, one of the leading wireless carriers, managing the installation of their network in East Tennessee. Jim stayed in the East Tennessee area when Sprint PCS moved their engineering functions to Atlanta. Jim started Integrity Management to support the need for Sprint PCS to still have project management services in the local markets. The idea for the company name was chosen from a Bible Study about King David and how he was striving to be a man of Integrity. Desiring to have a company name that would constantly remind us to deliver service with integrity the name Integrity Management was chosen. Since July of 1999 Integrity Management has worked with multiple carriers (AT&T, N-Telos, Nextel Partners, Sprint PCS, and Verizon Wireless) along with other industry companies needing project management services. Throughout the years the total number of projects has grown to well over 10,000 projects. We have managed projects in multiple states over the years (AL, AR, FL, GA, IN, KY, LA, MI, MS, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA, and WV) and currently have on going projects in most of these states.
