How We Got Our Start

Integrity Management traces its roots back to July 1, 1999, when Jim Grubbs found himself at a crossroads. As a project manager at Sprint PCS, he faced the closure of the Knoxville office, with operations moving to larger cities. Recognizing the ongoing need for services in East Tennessee, Jim seized the opportunity to establish his own company.

With the invaluable support of his father-in-law, Gene, and his wife, Gina, Integrity Management was born. Jim focused on project management, while Gene took charge of business setup, and Gina handled bookkeeping duties. The fledgling company quickly gained traction, securing contracts with Sprint PCS, which paved the way for its first hire within a year.

Driven by a commitment to excellence, Integrity Management expanded its footprint across Tennessee and into Kentucky, undertaking projects with Sprint Sites USA, specializing in Macros and Colocations. The pivotal moment came in 2001 when the company forged a partnership with Nextel Partners in Kentucky, catalyzing rapid growth.

A key addition to the team in this same year was Bill VonOhlen, who played a crucial role in expanding operations in Kentucky and Indiana. As Jim spearheaded expansion efforts in Tennessee, Georgia, Virginia, and West Virginia, the company's client portfolio diversified to include Verizon Wireless in 2004, leading to substantial business growth with both major and minor players in the industry.

In 2010, Integrity Management ventured into the Arkansas market and introduced Antenna Mods to its service offerings. The following year, an invitation to enter the Oklahoma market marked a significant milestone, accompanied by the appointment of three Area Directors.

Expansion continued unabated, with the company venturing into the Georgia/Alabama Territory in 2015, diversifying its services to include In-Building sites and special events coverage such as Bonnaroo, Indianapolis Motor Speedway and the Kentucky Derby. Transport services were added to the repertoire in 2017 (GA/AL) and 2018 (Carolinas), further enhancing the company's capabilities.

Having worked part-time for the company since 2014, Alexis Grubbs made the transition to full-time in 2021 after earning her MBA, injecting the team with a fresh perspective and expertise. She was an integral part of Integrity Management’s 2022 expansion into the Houston and Louisiana markets, establishing a firm presence across 21 states from Michigan to Florida and Oklahoma to the Carolinas.

Throughout its journey, Integrity Management has remained true to its core values of integrity, excellence, and innovation, driven by a dedicated team committed to delivering unparalleled service to clients nationwide.
