Managing Partner
Gina is a dynamic Managing Partner with over two decades of leadership at Integrity Management in Knoxville, Tennessee, and Jefferson City Storage Facility. Her expertise spans strategic growth, financial management, and operational excellence, driving business success across multiple markets. Gina's commitment to high standards in team performance and customer satisfaction has been pivotal in maintaining a consistent occupancy rate of over 95% at her storage facility, where she also excels in vendor relationship management and profitability enhancement.
Before her roles in management, Gina was deeply involved in the entertainment industry as a choreographer and dance coach at Dollywood, working closely with Dolly Parton, and as an entertainer and choreographer at Walt Disney World. Her artistic contributions in these roles focused on creating high-energy, engaging performances. Gina holds a background in Business Management from the University of Tennessee, complemented by studies in Computer Science at East Tennessee State University, underscoring her diverse skill set and robust professional foundation.
Jim Grubbs

Jim Grubbs is an entrepreneurial-minded professional with over 25 years of experience in launching and growing businesses, particularly in the telecommunications sector. Based in Knoxville, Tennessee, he is the owner and manager of Integrity Management, LLC, where he has successfully provided project management services to major wireless communication companies such as Nextel Partner, Sprint PCS, and Verizon. Jim has demonstrated a profound ability to navigate the complexities of entrepreneurship from conceptualization to execution, achieving significant growth and profitability through strategic planning, effective team leadership, and keen financial and marketing acumen.
Additionally, Jim owns Jefferson City Storage, where he has implemented cost-saving measures and negotiated favorable vendor contracts to boost profitability. His tenure as a partner at Vision Ventures further highlights his expertise in tower ownership, construction oversight, leasing management, and site acquisition. With a Master of Science in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida, complemented by a Certificate in Project Management from Michigan State University, Jim possesses a strong educational foundation that supports his extensive professional achievements.
Alexis Grubbs
Partner & Director of Business Development
Alexis Grubbs is a project manager specializing in the wireless telecommunications industry, currently based in Knoxville, Tennessee. With an MBA and a Master of Science in Marketing with Management Focus from the University of Alabama and University of Alabama at Birmingham, Alexis has successfully managed numerous projects at Integrity Management, LLC. Her professional expertise includes initiating system improvements for purchase order processes and managing macro cellular tower builds, which involve meticulous site inspections and contractor oversight. She is also skilled in handling dark fiber and cross-connect projects, ensuring adherence to client and industry standards.
In addition to her project management role, Alexis is deeply committed to volunteer work, serving as a Young Life leader in Cypress, Texas, and participating in multiple mission trips across countries like Nicaragua, Canada, Kenya, and Uganda. Her dedication extends to coaching a competitive cheerleading team for special needs children, reflecting her passion for community service and leadership. Alexis's ability to blend her professional skills with her commitment to making a difference showcases her dynamic approach to both her career and her personal life.
Scott Finney
Director of East Region
Scott Finney is an experienced project manager with a strong background in construction engineering and telecommunications. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from East Tennessee State University and an Associate of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Pellissippi State Community College. Since joining Integrity Management, Scott has progressed from a Project Manager to a Senior Project Manager, and now serves as Director of the North East Region. His role involves leading teams of project managers, overseeing high-profile wireless installations, conducting site planning, and driving business development strategies. He has successfully delivered projects for major wireless carriers and special events, such as the Kentucky Derby and Rupp Arena, while focusing on project development and execution.
Scott also gained valuable experience through his previous roles at Green Earth Solar, where he managed high-quality solar installations, and at DirecTV, where he worked as an installation technician. His expertise extends to energy audits, system design, and telecommunications infrastructure. Additionally, Scott holds certifications in surveying, energy audits, and telecommunications platforms, and he is proficient in a range of software tools including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks. His leadership skills and hands-on technical knowledge have contributed to his success in managing large-scale projects and driving team development.
Keaton Grifford
Director of West Region
Keaton Grifford is a Senior Project Manager with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He has certifications in OSHA 30-hour safety and as a Certified Associate Constructor, and he is also an Eagle Scout. Keaton has extensive experience in construction management, having worked with Integrity Management since 2013. Since 2013, Keaton has managed projects for Integrity working with major wireless carriers across multiple states, overseeing the construction of over 150 new wireless towers and 500+ modifications annually. In his role, he demonstrates strong leadership, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills, rising from a project manager to a senior position within three years, where he now oversees 5-8 other project managers.
Before joining Integrity Management, Keaton worked with Nabholz Construction as a Project Engineer, where he started as a carpenter while attending college. He gained diverse experience through the “Fastrac” internship, working in estimating, project management, and on-site construction. Notable projects include the $35 million Benton High School construction and hospital renovations, including the Arkansas Children’s Hospital South Wing. He also worked at Triple R Excavating, where he operated heavy equipment and contributed to land development, road construction, and large drainage installations.
